Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
3motionAi is a dynamic and innovative company in the field of artificial intelligence motion analysis technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our talented team.
Responsibilities
- Guide all Quality Assurance operations.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to define testing objectives, priorities, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance best practices, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistent and efficient testing processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for process improvement to enhance overall quality assurance practices.
- Review and analyze product requirements and specifications to develop effective test cases and test scenarios.
- Execute and coordinate functional, integration, regression, and performance testing activities.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects and issues, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide clear and concise reports and status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance roles, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and processes.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficient in analyzing requirements and developing test strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with artificial intelligence
