The need to implement high-quality and scalable Ergo assessments is critical to Benchmark’s customer base, to properly identify risk and improvement in employee safety.
The beauty of the 3DNeuroNet is that it’s designed for rapid and simple integration, with API direct data access that drives human performance and safety insight in real-time.
Challenge
Benchmark’s Ergo Facilitator application provides Ergo assessment templates for users to download (i.e., NIOSH Lifting Equation) and uploads the job ergo assessment results as part of the ergo risk identification to initiate and manage an improvement project.
The assessment tools and result entry are quite manual and time consuming.
This is where a partnership with 3motionAI and Benchmark provides advanced ergo analysis for Benchmark’s customer base, at scale with industry leading reliability and AI technology.
Solution
Technical teams then connected to provide API details and guidance, and Benchmark developed the prototype of the integration and the updated interface.
With more Benchmark customers putting focus on ergo risks and interested in video-based automatic assessment, Benchmark and 3motionAI partnered and integrated the solution so customers can use 3motionAI’s 3DNeuroNet Engine for very detailed ergo assessments as an extended feature within Benchmark Ergo Facilitator application.
The assessment results can be saved and reported within the application seamlessly through API integration.
Benchmark users upload video files or use their camera to capture a video, which is then processed and analyzed via the 3DNeuroNet Engine. The advanced analysis is output in the RFIF section that includes REBA Risk Scores and different risk levels, set up by 3motionAI.
Results
Benchmark showcased the integrated workflow and interface through slides (simulated demo) at their All-Customer Conference in Washington D.C. and plan to socialize it with more customers.
Benchmark has already received numerous inquiries about the solution.
The 3DNeuroNet Engine integration will deliver performance analysis data directly into the Benchmark platform.
The alliance with 3motionAI will strengthen Benchmark’s subscriber engagement in both AI and prevention solutions.
