3motionAI is a Canadian company seeking a talented and driven Product Manager/Product Owner to join our small, dynamic, and rapidly growing team.
Reporting to the Director of Product Development, the ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding client needs, a strong understanding of the development process, and the ability to ensure the right items are built from the product backlog.

Responsibilities
- Conduct sprint planning sessions and daily stand-ups with the development/QA team, focusing on maximizing team productivity and fostering the delivery of new product features/updates.
- Collaborate with clients and the UX/UI design team to gather feedback, conduct interviews, and validate assumptions, ensuring the prioritization of product backlog items aligns with client needs and design considerations.
- Apply your problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve any challenges that may arise during the product development lifecycle.
- Create and maintain thorough requirements gathering documentation to guide product development and ensure alignment with client needs and the overall vision of 3motionAI as a business.
- Utilize your knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and biomechanics to make informed decisions on client needs and drive product development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a technology environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and the software development process.
- Experience in Azure Devops or Jira is an asset.
- Proficiency in creating clear and concise system requirements documentation, effectively translating client needs and technical specifications into actionable development plans.
- Background in biomechanics is considered a plus.
- Experience with SDKs and APIs is a strong asset.
